KIMS Hospital approached me to revolutionise their entire existing branding, from tone of voice – both internally and externally, to advertising for the hospital and recruitment, as well as their overall comms both on and offline.
Rebranding starting with the internal comms.
There is a large variation of collateral needed to promote KIMS Hospital and their many services so the brand had to work for everything from small appointment cards, leaflets, DL leaflets, large format posters, brochures, corporate reports, exhibition stands and even clothing.
Business and customer relations.
The new branding had to be implemented across all business related requirements including client facing and B2B. This included corporate guidelines for the Comms Team, annual reports for shareholders, regular newsletters for staff and hospital and room guides for patients.
Rolling out a general ad campaign.
The new KIMS Hospital branding is now instantly recognised to the public and is regularly used to promote various offers and events using social media like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and print banners and exhibition stands and external advertising.
