Country House Developments specialise in land and property development. They required an identity and advertising campaign that emphasised quality, trust and experience.

Using a royal purple and spot metallic gold, their logo, stationery and merchandise gets across that Country House are a company with heritage and prestige and like to deal with like minded people.

With property development and money still scarce in our current ecological climate, making people cautious who they do business with. We developed a softer, kinder approach to their advertising by using friendly, relatable illustrations rather than cold, non personal stock imagery. This has been used on their Kent wide advertising campaign with some truly spectacular results.
